81 RESIGNATIONS FROM WORLD BANKS
nbhooligan:
Big Bank update: Bank Of America is weighing reenstating some fees, fees that they recently retracted due partly to public pressure.
Uncle Jesse:
And there is no need, my bank has free checking, no debit fees in fact they give me .05 every time I use my card. I got $50 for opening the account, $50 when I got direct deposit and another $50 for something else that slips my mind. Just more greed by the big banksters and BOA is the worst I fired them, followed by Chase and than I got rid or third fifth.
Smallocallyly owned banks and credit Unions are the way to go if you want good service and not be gang raped every time you get a statement.

Bank of America lost twenty percent of its account holders because of all that fee drama. It actually helped them though because the people that left had little money and the bank gets to lay off all the employees they hired to support them. In the end the bank actually makes more of a profit dropping the little account holders, losing the interest on their money but laying off the support for those same customers. Banks that big can't lose, even when they do the gov will just bail them out.
Endgame:
For what it's worth...
The list is now up to 320.

All you have to do now is figure out if it really is rats jumping a sinking ship or the recent regulations scaring off the dregs of the industry.
